How soon will my order be shipped?

The majority of our DVDs are in stock and will be shipped within 48 hours of your order. In some cases part of your order might be out of stock in which case it will be ordered "express" from the studio. In these cases, DVDs are normally shipped to you within 7 to 14 days.

If there is going to be a delay to part of your order, we may ship you those DVDs that are in stock immediately, and then follow-up with those DVDs that needed to be ordered from the studios.

How will my order be shipped?

U.S. orders are shipped in discreet DVD postal boxes via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with a return address of Fandaco, LLC. This service normally takes between 4 and 7 days. There is nothing on the exterior of the box which identifies your shipment as being adult in nature. International orders are shipped via Priority Air Lift. Labels and box covers will be shipped intact with the products.

How much will shipping cost?

U.S. shipping is charged at $2 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.

Canadian shipping is charged at $6 for the first item and $3 for each additional item.

International shipping is charged at $9 for the first item and $4 for each additional item.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your purchase.

I am not a U.S. customer. What about Customs and Duty charges?

International orders may be stopped by Customs when entering your country. It is likely, although not guaranteed, that Customs will send the order back to us, in which case we will issue you a credit.

For those items intercepted by Customs and NOT returned to us, you accept full responsibility.
